    Maury does it for the ratings. He's found a formula, and he's sticking to it -- same as Jerry Springer. (Sad. He's married to Connie Chung, and he used to be a serious journalist.) I read somewhere that shows like this attract poor, sad contestants who are happy to get a free night in a hotel or a plane ride -- something so out of their realm.

1 because some people have no morality, and 2, he said on a late night interview once that he knows his show is "out there" a lot but he feels he is doing it for the good of the children. I mean when he does the paternity shows. Which I think he does have a point. And it would be hard knowing as a mother of a child that you made a mistake and don't want your child to go without knowing who it's father is. Accidents happen in life but children still deserve to know who their father is.

I don't know...it seems some people have no shame! As much as I wish this people would learn not to do the things they do, I still love the show, it's my guilty pleasure.
