    I've only watched it a couple of times, but I would choose him to be ON my side!! BTW.....he wouldn't need the security staff.....he used to be a cop, so he could take care of himself.

i know what you mean, i think sometimes he is a bit judgmental. I just saw his show today where he was confronting this woman for being a bad mother. he was really bashing her, and yes she made mistakes, but he wasn't helping the situation. I like Montel.. but to answer your question, he is a bully. i think he likes to have these people on his shows so he can bash them.
