Would you recommend traveling to Algeria or Libya?

It is very safe. My company just signed a contract to do a huge job in Libya.

Hi i recommend you to visit Algeria especially the south in the Taghit and Ahougar it's wonder full place and you have a lot of think to see the scenery is very beautiful

I've been through much of Northern Africa. For the most part, it was pretty safe, but really, there are better spots to visit. I found Libya in particular quite impoverished, and some people to be hostile, thus making travel difficult and sketchy. There are nice areas, but they are practical compounds for European tourists, akin to what happens in Jamaica. I was in Algeria for only a few days, not a very great place at all. Morocco is far more interesting than either I felt. More history, more to see, and less poverty (although still very pervasive).

i wouldn't got here. I've read bad things about Algeria like people getting stoned to death. And USA doesn't look to favorably on Libya.
