Id like to write a story about a boy who was deaf but later overcome his disability. what r deaf children like?

what do you mean overcomes his disability? Deaf children are like hearing ones but without the hearing part. Probably speaks ASL so you should learn the differences in grammer (assuming you're in america. if you're somewhere else then idk what the sign language is like). Probably goes to a deaf school too.

deaf children does not experience similar to the hearing children. if writers want to know about deaf children or deafness, why not take class in special ed or learn ASL. not everyone here knows about deaf, everyone deaf person is different depending on their families, friends, schools, community, work and so on. i don't mean to be rude but it's best to learn at classes.
