What is the best way to advertise my blog about disabilities? I want like-minded readers, not just anyone!?

I have found that the best way to advertise my blog, which is dedicated to the needs of the blind, is to tell my blind friends and mention it at conferences, conventions, and meetings. I have told my local National Federation of the Blind group, and the President lets me advertise particular blog posts in the monthly newsletter. I have told other NFB members when I went on a trip with a large group of blind people to the NFB Center in Maryland. I talk to people about my blog at other conventions and conferences, like the National Association of Blind Studentss North Carolina chapter's Student Seminar, the state convention for the NFB of NC, the Access Technology convention in my area...I have also told people who work with the blind about it so they can tell their clients...for example, the disability office at the local community college, the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Independent Living Counselor I meet with, the teachers at the local rehabilitation center...I have also told Special Education teachers about it. So really, the best way to advertise your blog to a special group is to talk to those people and get involved!
