Is it possible to dream about something in the future?

For four nights in a row, I had a seperate dream each night that my grandpa died. The fifth night I had a dream my OTHER grandpa died. I had no reason to believe they should die, because they were both in good health. Two weeks later, the grandpa that I had the four dreams about ended up getting sent to the hospital. He remained there exactly four nights and then died. Then the next week, my other grandpa was sent to the hospital. He remained there for one day and then he died. I'm honestly glad I had those dreams. They helped me prepare for their deaths. I'm glad it didn't suddenly hit me because that would have destroyed me. I'm glad because I got the chance to say goodbye.

Its most definitely possible. I tend to have wierd things like this such as I will randomly think of a specific t.v. Episode, even if that one hasn't been on for ages, and that day that episode will be showing. Its fascinating!

yes, my whole family tends to get premonitions. once, my grandma drempt about a silver coffin and told my uncle about it. 2 days later she went to a funeral for a friends family member that had exactly the same coffin my uncle drempt about one of his friends {this ones personal} and that happened. my uncle also drempt about his friend that is Iraq coming home burnt so bad he should be dead and is scared to death my great grandpa dreampt of someone getting hit by a bus {this is just one example, supposedly he gets dreams of death a lot} and on the news he saw the exact seen my grandma saw a cat standing outside her window and described it to my uncle and grandpa, the next day that cat ran past her window my great-great grandma was big into things such as this and also read tarot cards i myself now looking back, hav had dreams of a friend disappearing and now we have been pried away from each other i also have had a dream about a little boy falling through ice and his father trying to save him and he got him back up but, then the father floated down to the bottom of the lake with the little boy screaming after him...then suddenly i was the boy at about 12 years old just finding out that this was how my father died {hopefully that one wont come true} {of course that dream of mine had NOTHING to do with my life...weird, huh?} ;)

I wouldent say no. As already stated, they are called preminitions. many people have claimed to have them. Also, you could dream something random, and it might happen due to chance, you never know XD

Its very possible. While our physical body sleeps our spirit has access to our future although we normally do not remember what we have seen. You are very in tune with your surroundings and your feelings and that is why on some level you are aware of what is happening to you. Seeing 'the future' in dream time is called pre-cognition. We all do it but few remember it.
