What do dreams about zombies mean?

I constantly have dreams that I am chased by monsters or zombies. What does that mean?

I also have dreams that I am flying. I have been having these dreams for years. Do anyone know what either of these dreams mean

In my dream book,to dream of being pursued by a monster ,denotes that sorrow and misfortune hold prominent places in your immediate future.I hope this is not true,i think all dream books say different things about dreams.I don't see anything about zombies. Don't worry i often dream that i am fighting evil all the time.once i dreamed i was with the guys from the show Supernatural and we were fighting evil and i was Dean's love interest.
