    i would say the california schools close to the very best surf are in order: 1. UC San Diego 2. Point Loma: San Diego 3. UC Santa Cruz 4. Cal Poly San Louis Obispo 5. UC Santa Barbara 6. Pepperdine: Malibu 7. Rollins college is fantastic for business, but is considered a private college. UCF University of Central Florida is also very good for business and is only half an hour to 45 mins away from the beach depends on traffic. Of and Rollins is the same distance.
