Chris Birch makes great boards and the guy saying there crap is a kook. My 5'10" fish is rides great in almost everything.

I would have gone with the Chris Birch, personally. He is an east coast shaper who builds boards appropriate for most east coast breaks. His boards and hand shaped, not machine jigged. He is an artisan, not a factory owner.
