Is it hard to learn how to surf?

    Yes but its not impossible. I suggest renting a foam board and going out there with a buddy that knows how to surf. Surfing is alot harder than people think, it is physically demanding and many people do not enjoy it as much as you think. I don't surf as much as I would like due to location and time but if I had the ability, I would go at least twice a week.

Yes it is hard to learn. However, when you catch your first wave, you will be Hooked! Then surfing will just come as a passion, and learning will be more fun/easier. However, if Surfing's not your deal, than it'd be best to drop it.
