What is the necessary equipment for my first time rock climbing with ropes. more info in description.?

go with someone experienced for your first time. there are some many things to mess up on your own. tying your knot wrong, clipping wrong, and messing up at all when cleaning the route can or will be fatal. Go indoors first and learn how to tie your figure 8 knot, how to place quick draws and clip them, and depending on what the bolts at the top look like you might have to learn how to clean. harnesses ropes belay device two carabiners a cleaning sling 12 quick draws (or more probably) chalk shoes good luck
