Metolius, Beastmaker, Moon, Nicros, So-ILL, DRCC - All these companies make great hangboards.. for a beginner i'd recommend the Beastmaker 1000, the Metolius Simulator 3D, or the DRCC V5.12 (Last one's my favorite)

Metolius is the acknowledged leader in fingerboards/hangboards. (They also refer to these as "simulators".)
