go to your nearest outdoor shop or climbing gym and ask one of the people there... i oculd help you but i dont think its good practise to try and describe how to set it up, especially when the thing you want to go up is 200ft high! :P...

I was trained by the National Speleological Society. The American Alpine Institute isn't bad either. My university gave me credit for graded basic rock skill.
