books, beer, under clothes. Water, trail bar snacks, can food, perhaps some soda to treat yourself. Maybe a cell phone , to play games, it can't be quite boring for people who aren't prepared for it. So prepare for it. It mostly depends on what you plan to do out there. When i go camping, I only go with like 10-20 people so theres lots to do. If I go hiking I go myself and don't spend much time "camping" mostly walking. Hope that helps.
