Where are some good camping grounds in the woods in florida?

There are tons of places.Yeah,look at the florida state parks.They are great.Ft Cooper has a primitive campground thats for tents and its on the backside of the pond.There located in Inverness.

What do you mean by the normal woods being safe. Are you looking for a campground or not? I would recommend Ocala National Forest. Try one of the campgrounds. Try Fore Lake,Clearwater lake. These are all wooded area, but they do have RV parking sites and have full facilities. There is Hopkins Prairie, no facilities very secluded.
