Make "walking tacos". Just buy a bunch of Doritos 1-serving bags. then crush the bag to the chips break up and get a lot smaller. Then put in all the ingredients for a taco...cooked ground beef, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, sour cream. Just mix it up with a spoon and then eat it right out of the bag.

Roasted vegies are always good. Cut up whatever fresh vegies you like in small pieces and add a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and if you want to really get fancy some herbs. Wrap them in foil and grill.
