Camping meal ideas? up to 3 weeks!?

You have all of the facilities you need. If you can cook it at home on the stove or grill, you can have the same meals out while camping. The only thing missing is an oven, so you can't back a cake. Everything else will work. You can also re-stock at a local food store as needed so you don't have to plan 3 weeks of meals ahead of time. There are also local places for fast food or a light snack.

Well I hope the hubby is a good provider and catches a lot of fish and stuff to eat. bring a lot of easy fixin side dishes just add water, boil and serve these don't take up valuable fridge space. Depending on where you going you may be able to add goodies found around the destination wild berries and such so plan for dutch oven meals that a good wild berry cobbler would be good in. Critters taste like chicken, if the hubby gets a snake or a rabbit ad that to the pot.
