What is the one thing you always forget when you go camping? Or do you have a list that you use to pack?

I have a list..every thing is checked off as it is loaded into the truck..non perishable supplies are replaced after each trip..

toilet paper :P I have a list now and I usually never forget anything anymore. pillow? I use my sleeping bag compression sack for a pillow, I fill it with my spare clothes and it's very comfy.

Before I started making a check list of everything I needed I would always forget a can opener, foil, and or a lighter. Now I make a list a few days before I go and check off each item as I pack it into the car. Sense I started doing this I haven't forgotten anything in a long time.

Toys...i.e Beach toys, camp toys

All my gear is packed, ready to go. I have a check list of what I need to add to the gear before I load up. On fall, I once forgot the extra military wool blanket I usually take with. It was 70 degrees during the day. The second night it dropped to 20 degrees. Had a summer weight sleeping bag. I wore two sets of clothes and hardly slept all night. The water was frozen in my bucket when I got up. The next night in only dropped to 68 degrees.

Inevitably, in the mad rush to get to camp, I always forget something. I forgot my pillow last time.

My pack is always loaded and ready to go..I resupply after I get back....so the only thing I need extre are a cooler for beer and food and my bed roll....

I usually forget to bring like plastic cups, plates, forks etc. I always have alot of food but never enough plates to put the food on it! Yeaah. lol
