I would say with all the info you gave "you sir...need a Yamaha PW50..If you have it bored out it will hit 55 mph.. I would not want to be on it at that speed but..hay!!

well, ur hieght and weight play a big role in what bike u need. if ur at least 5'6" or so, either a 2 stroke 125, 2 stroke 250, or 250f. they all fall under the same price range if ur looking for used, anything from $1000 to $3000 depending on yr and condition.
