What should be looking into when buying a motorcycle?

Im 6`5 295 pounds and im looking at buying a motorcycle what would you suggest for some one my size?

    Adding to what John R said, You can get Green stickered 4 strokes that at 450cc so you can ride anywhere it is legal. however the 2 stroke at 250cc will be red stickered unless its older and with your size you want newest possible so you will be limited to when or where you can ride.

You will find very few motorcycles that will accommodate your height. Manufacturers don't cater to tall riders. I'm 6'1" and had to re-pad the seat of my Goldwing. GS1200 BMW is were I would start my search. But the BMW is not the bike for a beginner. You will be very uncomfortable on any sport bike. Seriously, strongly suggest visiting several motorcycle shops in your area. That is the only way to find out for yourself what fits and what doesn't. Good Luck
