    Well yes Nintedo can fix Ds Lites, UNDER WARRANTY but what your saying that the screen is broken that will NOT be fixed by them you would have to get another one because they consider that Physical Damage. I know because I have tried that with another system. If your planning on throwing your DS away email me because Ill use the parts.

If you bought it recently take it to the place where you bought it but if not then just buy a new one because they charge you for shipping and handling and take forever to fix plus they sometimes deside they can't fix it after 3 months.

lol, it "just broke"? How the hell does the screen suddenly break in half? Give Nintendo a call and see what they can do. Considering the nature of the "malfunction" I'd say it's pretty clear that you're gonna be paying for it.
