How do you upload music on a PSP?

I recently received a used psp and it already has four songs on it but i would like to put my music on it. How do you upload the new music on it and delte the old? Thanks

you have to get a program that some game retailers sell like max media for the psp the usual price is at $30 -$40.cause i got one of them and it can help you with downloading pictures,songs and and some movies if you know how too.
