In GTA vice city stories for psp is there hidden cheats?

    Yes, please help me!!!! I bought Vice city stories for my PSP a week ago or so, haven't gotten to far in the game. I went online and got all the cheats for it, and tried them. None worked at all, I went to another site, and the cheats were the same, aswell as at the other 4 site I checked after that. So I know thye cheats aren't wrong, but I haven't found anything online about anyone not being able to use the cheats. Is there a way to turn them on or something, or are they only usable in multiplayer mode? I'm really not that far in the game yet, but I love having one save file with insane stuff. I really just want an answer, it doesn't make any sense to me. So if someone can tell me why none of the cheats work on my game. Or at least point me in the right direction to resolve this confusing problem........ Extil3
