It depends on how you broke it, but you can call nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 and tell them your problem, it may be covered. They will give you a label to print out and you just have to put it in a box with some newspaper to keep it from shifting too much, wrap the box in a paper bag to cover anything on the box, and then tape the label on the box and drop it off in i think a fed ex drop off. That is if it is broken from use and not from user damage. if it is user damage, well there isn't much you can do.
