I have my ds lite constantly charging. Up until a day ago, I took it off the charge, played it for 10 minutes or so, and the lite turned to red. I think I might of killed the battery. ...show more

you fried the battery, they sell third party replacements at most video game stores. and they also come with the scewdriver to get the battery door open. you should never constantly charge a battery

if it's still under warranty, take it back, sounds like the battery is going. have them replace it.
