    My favorite site for DS ROMs (and many, many other systems) is http://emuparadise.org/. I used to use romulation.net, but they blocked all their DS roms for copyright issues.

There are many sites you can download from. Be sure to download from a safe site other wise you will get uncompleted version or cause error to your ds. I found this site, hope it helps http://bit.ly/d4PaiC
