Do gameboy advance games work on a gameboy original?

  • I found my original gameboy and it still works. And I found a game on ebay that looks great, but it's for gameboy advance. Will it work in the original gameboy? Thanks!

No. When the gameboy original was created the advance was nonexistant. therefore, the technology nor the slot exists to accomodate the advance cartridge.

cdp luver must not have a brain (the person who said yes). The GB Advance games are too small to fit in the original GB.

Nope. Generally techology works the other way - as in, newer systems are compatible with old games, but not vice versa.
