it should you got a decent graphics card but pretty low RAM, if it doesnt work try upgrading your RAM and you should be ok :)

Your graphics card isnt the best but it should be O.K You need 3.2GHZ to play it. You only have 3.06GHZ. If it somehow does work, the experience will be horrible...(tons of lagg, crashing, etc). Thats quite a bit of memory, though, for THAT computer...
