    you are way off the requirements to play it. basically you need a whole new top of the range gaming pc to play gta4. look at pc's in the region of £700 - £1000 and then you are heading the right way.

No sorry, you can't. GTA IV is one of the most demanding games ever on PC. You meet the OS requirements but everything else is far, far below the minimum. Time for an upgrade, my friend!

Not a chance in hell (sorry) Your CPU is, although fast, only single core, which would cause the game to lag, you don't have a quarter of the RAM needed* and so this would cause lag. Your "graphics controller" is not fast enough to workout all the graphics calculations which push even the latest PCs. GTA4 is notoriously hard to run on the PC. I think the only way you can run this game is by buying a new PC since you would need to upgrade every component to run this game. *Did you mean 2048? If you did you're fine on RAM, and you may be able to get away with trying to upgrade the graphics, supposing your PC has a PCI-e or AGP slot.
