It's either a hardware issue or your computer is infected. I'd say your computer is infected.

It may sometimes happen because of virus, scan your whole computer with an anti- virus program. Them install more fans in the computer do not do it your self, call a computer mechanic and show him your computer and see how many fans are installed on your computer and ask him if you can install more fans if yes then install and tell him your problem that your computer automatically shut off when you play PC games.
