    Just saying you meet the requirement without saying your computer specs doesn't help. Please put in what you've got in your computer, from CPU, Graphics Card, which version of DirectX 9.0c you have (new end-user runtimes came out in DEC), how much RAM you have, to how much hard drive space you have left on your C: drive (for paging file purposes). You can try disabling EAX in your sound card's control panel and uninstalling any codec packs you may have downloaded to play movies. Oblivion and Fallout 3 both have issues sometimes with the FFDShow codec taking over.

Do you have a retail copy of the game or a retail download of the game like from Steam or Direct2Drive? Ah, see, now we getting somewhere. If you did purchase the game you have my sincerest apologies (its a great game btw). If you didn't there's nothing you can really do to get it to work correctly. Hopefully you also didn't download a virus if you got the game from the Pirate Bay or some other outfit like that. There is another guy on this board who downloaded some movies for "free" and now he's looking at a whole system wipe to fix his problems.

vsta is dx10 but it plays dx9 too so not to worry. I'd suggest a fresh reinstall but before you do that make sure there is no smudges on the disc. If there is any inperfections on it, it may be the cause of a bad read file error. Jus happen to me last night while MoH too actually.. Other than that you can right click/properties/run as XP mode or something on the desktop icon to see if that does nething for you.

I think the setup did not complete in the correct method or may be 1 or more files r corrupted
