Why not gta 4 better than gta san andreas?

In SA you can fly, swim, jump, and climb. The missions aren't all a 'must' do it this way. Many allow you to deviate from the 'expected'. You can try different weapons/vehicles/approaches to the missions. There are many sub-missions that are hinted at, which will give Carl Johnson special powers like being fireproof, and sprinting faster than normal. Many weapons are 'hidden' in plain sight if you look. It is possible to find these weapons and body armour so you Never have to buy any. There are many sub-missions that allow you to earn money to buy safe houses (which are good for losing wanted stars). You can dress up CJ. The best of the game (6 years old now) is that it is worth replaying. With Eight save slots so you can easily replay specific missions when you find one you like. The game as a whole is well worth replaying just to try different approachs/weapons/vehicles. IV has simular activities. But, while the IV is 'pretty' the terrain is boring what with it being in the dark city. And the charactors are equally uninspiring, even if you can understand the accents. The action is more cutscenes than doing. The missions are short lived and not worth replaying if/when you complete them. Only two save slots, and one automatic. When your done, if you finish, it's time to trade it in for something else. I don't see any reason to replay it.
