It depends on what kind of games you are into. Personally I would recommend supreme commander 2, grand theft auto IV, or fallout. From the sound of it you might like fallout, battlefield bad company 2, or borderlands. Its hard to say. I would look around and if you know anyone who has any games that sound interesting I would try playing them to see what they are like.

fate is good need for speed is another and you can try oblivian but only if you feel lucky but that is a good game one of the best. in my opinion anyway.
