Neither. If they claim to be gaming pc's well that is a bit of false advertising. After adequate ram and cpu power the most important thing is the gpu. And boy do they skimp on that! It doesn't matter if the cpus fast if the gpu bottle necks it into uselessness. Neither of those gpus are anything more than entry level, so to claim they are gaming pc's is mostly bs. You'd be better off buying a dell with decent specs and on board video then slapping in your own video card later. Go to anandtech or tomshardware and check out their charts/reviews to buy the correct card.

For me the CyberpowerPC is better than the Widow because it has more CPU speed and better Graphic Cards. But if you want a good gaming PC try to buy a PC that has Intel Core2 Extreme or Core i7 (that has TurboBoost technology) processors. For graphic cards, I suggest to you buy a PC with ATi Radeon HD 5970 (if have) or Ati Radeon 5000 series because this graphic card can run any kind of game with great graphic and performance. But it will cost a wallop. Secondly, a PC with GTX 200 series or GTX 300 series but like I said before it still cost a wallop. It's your choice. If you are affordable person, try to buy a CPU that is like the features below for best gaming perfomance: Processors - Intel Core2 Extreme, Intel Core i7, AMD Athlon x4 AMD Athlon Ultra x4 Processors Speed - More than 2.5GHz (for mid-end gaming perfomance) or more than 3.0GHz (for best gaming performance) Graphic Card - ATi Radeon HD 5000 series, Nvidia GTX 200 series or Nvidia GTX 300 series RAM - At least 2 GB (you can add more RAM afterwards) OS - Recommended : Windows XP or Windows 7 (because it is stable and will not affect your gameplay) Don't use Vista because it system is not stable and use more CPU and RAM power. Whatever it is, it's all up to you to choose your PC. (Suggestion : Buy a Desktop-it is best to play game with it)

I'd go with the Cyberpower PC, but of course, that's just me.

none of those. get intel quad core PC and windows 7 + a better graphics card, preferably an nvidia gt9800 or a GTX 260-295
