    amd fx 4300 with motherboard it come around 10000/- a decent graphic card come around 2500/- amd fx 6300(it is 6 core proceesor ,quad core is 4 core processor ) with motherboard it come around 16000/- so now see ur pocket ,both above processor r very good in desktop

The budget u have quoted is too low.. Cannot afford Quad core with that. Buy AMD Athlon X2 Processor 3.4 ghz Asus motherboard 4 gb of RAM Graphic card Nvidia Zotac 600 or above series with good GPU and clock speed and memory This only will cost you 16k.

probably the only way that will be possible is if you are buying used computer from someone else who is buying a new computer and will have no use for their old computer $250 is not enough for everything new

That budget is really low. You can not buy a dedicated graphics with that limit. Maybe not even 8gb ram. if you are lucky, you can find a motherboard for $50 on newegg power supply for $20 case for $30 4gb Ram $40 500 gb HDD $55 processor(dual core- not enough money for quad) $70 that's the best I could do with $250 limit/ stretch it to $400 then you can get a quad core
