Install the game and try to run it. If it does not, then right click on the icon on the desktop and select the properties function and look at "Compatibility" and change accordingly to see whether it works afterwards. Alternatively check with Microsoft's website, especially their forums section to determine whether you can or not. But like some of the other posters, it depends on the game itself.
