Is a $400 budget good for a gaming pc?

For high end simple to low end complex graphics in games, $400 should be a decent budget, just research which parts are the most important, and put the larger percentages of your budget into those, and keep the others as simple and cheap as possible without losing performance.

$400 may be a little low. That only gives you an Intel I7 Quad-Core processor and a higher-end GPU. Rest is another $300.

Why don't you spend it on something productive like college instead of gaming devices. But yes, 400 dollars will be enough for your pc stuff
