  Look for the wolves that visit your lot at night, specifically the ones with glowing eyes. Those are werewolves. You have to befriend them until they nibble you by way of greeting, which will make you a werewolf too. You can also call up the animal trainer and befriend them. This sim is a werewolf. Finally, I believe you can use the Tombstone of Life and Death to bestow werewolf status. From the CTRL+SHIFT+C console type 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'. Then right click on a sim and pick the Spawn, tombstone of L & D option. Clicking on the tombstone gives options, not all of which are entirely safe, so handle with care - they can corrupt your game. One of the options should be to make the active sim into special types, including werewolf. When you are done, turn testing cheats off by opening the cheat console and typing 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled false'. Sim babies are pretty tough: fireproof, lightning proof, and environmentally impervious to damage. The parents will also autonomously try to protect the baby. If you neglect one however,don't change the nappy, don't feed or interact with them - put them in a room with no door, the social worker will come and remove the infant from the house, and possibly any other minor sim in the lot. The result of this is that if at any time in the future your sim adults attempt to adopt, they will be denied due to the previous removal. You can make sims as young as children into Townies, but not infants. Using cheats its possible to remove a sim from a family, but I've never bothered with it. It is a bit freaky though ---even with pixel people--- to kill off sim babies just for being the wrong gender. But adult sims have been done away with for less.
