as above. i hav guitar hero 3 on ps3 and i was wondering if the ps2 guitar hero 2 controller is compatable with the guitar hero 3 on ps3

you can buy a converter to use PS2 controllers on a PS3. Go look at your local electronic store and they should be able to help you. I know Future Shop has them.

no because on the PS2 the jack is bigger in the guitar,on the PS3 it is too small to fit

yes it does. theres a place too hook it up on the side.

nope because the ps3 has different input jacks it needs a different controller i found that out the hard way
