How do you update the Madden 12 rosters for PS3?

  • I just bought the Madden 2012 video game for the PS3 but all the rosters are pre-free agency. How do i update the rosters to the current ones? Please help lol

    just go to a ranked online match and it should ask you to download the lastest roster

Just go to Madden NFL Online and select 'Download Rosters' under the "Rosters & Tuning" Tab. It took 1 minute....

Those roster updates will require an Internet connection for your console. If you don't have your console hooked up to the Internet, Young suggested taking advantage of nearby gamers. "Take it over to your friend's house, plug it in," he recommended. "There are a lot of free trials for Xbox Live and PSN [PlayStation Network] is free. Update your game, save it to your hard drive, and bring it home. You need the rosters!"

The clerk @ Gamestop says the download will happen automatically when EA releases it. Your console will let you know when download is available
