Which is the best gaming console:XBOX360 or PS3?

In short, the PS3 is the better system. Due to the mass of fanboy answers, I'll give you an unbiased opinion on both consoles below since both systems have benefits and drawbacks... PS3 delivers the next generation of interactive entertainment. Enjoy Blu-ray Disc movies, cutting edge High Definition games, easy music, video and photo storage, free access to PlayStation Network and much more. Also, there are a promising selection of games lined up... However, the Xbox 360 has the feature of Xbox LIVE, which, to be frank, is kick-***. It's pretty entertaining... The Xbox 360 has cool exclusive games such as Halo 3, Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Fable II and Mass Effect etc. You could argue the same with the PS3. The PS3 has quite a few slick exclusive games as well...To name a few; God of War III, Killzone 2, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, inFamous, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2, MotorStorm, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift and Heavenly Sword etc... Additionally, the Xbox 360 has a failure rate of as high as 33% compared to the PS3's less than 1%. The Xbox 360 isn't a true next-gen console (high-definition), on the other hand, the PS3 is a true next-gen console... So, basically, it's between the built-in Blu-ray player and Xbox LIVE, it's between a long-term investment (PS3) and a short-term investment (Xbox 360), it's between the console exclusive games... oh my gawd u really need help on this i c ok here u need to pay money for xbox the games are like 60-80 dollers and ps3 is free better graphics and cheaper games lol im very ssurprisedu need help onn that but i hope this helps and don't read and hear from people xbox is jelish that ps has all the good graphic ...........who want to pay for online gaming not me its a wast of money if u know what i mean

well it depends if you are going to go online a lot and game go for the PS3 cuz you dont have to pay for online But if you just going to play the games carrer go for the 360

Get a PS3. Xbox feels cheap and nasty after a session on PS3.

PS3 is a better built machine... i would compare the xbox to a toy... and a ps3 to a bad a** computer..... PS3 has built in wifi, free online, we got the BLU RAY, built in internet browser, 1-2% fail rate..........o and KILLZONE 2! XBOX, has HD dvd(discontinued product) no built in browser, 10$ a month i think for online gaming, and a 33% failure RATE! O yeah and make sure you never touch your xbox while its running it WILL scratch the disc.. cause microsoft rushed there console ;)

PS3, besides the normal commentary. The PS3 is the only console that will be able to support new 3-D format games. How is that for graphics capability. Hardware is at least 8 year proof, for consoles.
