What idiot thought that Gears Of War shouldn't be for PS3?

The people that hired Epic to make the Gears of war series an Xbox exclusive. Playstation has games like Uncharted and Killzone, Xbox has games like Gears of War and Halo. They are not morons.

Microsoft payed epic games to make it exclusive for them I guess.

Microsoft made a deal with Epic to keep the Gears series exclusive to xbox. Sony does the same thing with franchises like God of War and Uncharted. It's just the way the game is played.

Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo pay third party companies to keep games exclusive. Otherwise, there would be no such thing as an exclusive third party game. Your argument could apply to any exclusive game.

Like most people have said Microsoft paid epic games to make an exclusive well thats what I think cause at some point microsoft had mass effect as an exclusive but then it came to ps3 so I think its either the developers choice or both parties strike a deal for example CoD maps will always come to 360 first cause the makers made a deal with MS. As for uncharted it can't come to xbox due to the fact sony owns the company that makes uncharted along with companies, that make killzone, infamous, Team Ico. God of war so those games will never come to other consoles unless sony goes broke and decide to be a developer like sega... they strike a deal with third parties like the markers of heavy rain, resistance etc to make the game exclusive...

Well first of all that would be illegal because Microsoft made a contract so it would be an exclusive. Vice-versa with all PS3 exclusives. If they did do that, Uncharted and God of War would probably play at 4-5FPS unless they dumbed downed the graphics. Thank the Cell for that =).

Its true.I would personally LOVE Halo and Left 4 Dead on the Ps3 but we both know its not gonna happen :c Its seriously pissing of as I own a PC and Ps3 as well
