No. Any game console you by will not come charged. It only takes a few hours to charge it though, and you can play it while you charge it.

I got mine the day after it came out so it was about 3/4 charged. Best bet is just to charge it and play it at the same time.

nope it may come from the production line charged but the time between then and the store shelf to the person opening it could be days or weeks and it would lose the charge so to answer your question maybe but its not charged when you open it after purchase

no unfortinatley you have to charge it for around 1 hr b4 it is charged fully...... but you can play it while its charging

Nope no console does. It will have some residual charge in its battery from the tests it is given before packing but the battery will be essentially empty.
