Should i have my xbox 360 stand up or lay down?

I have an xbox 360. Some people tell me it is suppose to stand up or is it suppose to lay down?

    the xbox 360 was designed to either stand on end or lay flat. the choice is simply yours. i myself prefer to lay my down flat in order to prevent it from falling over

ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT STAND IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has a higher chance of the disk getting scratched up and screwing inside the disk tray... Imagine playing your favorite game, Gears of War, and then a small bump knocks the disk off its disk tray inside the console. Bye bye.. It will screw up the system and the disk.. Do not do it!, it looks better standing up but laying it on all 4s have less chance of disk damage and damage from falling..

It is your choice as to how you have it. I lay mines down but make sure how ever you have it you don't cover the fans on the back!

I think it can work either way. I have mine standing up, but I've also seen some that are laying down. So I think it's what you prefer to have it do.
