Do I need a memeory unit for my xbox 360?

Only if you have the core. If you have the Arcade, it comes with a 256 mb memory unit. If you have the premium, Halo 3 edition, or Elite, then it comes with a hard drive, and you can save your games to the hard drive. You might consider getting a memory unit only if you want to take your data with you to friend's 360.

The hadrive should be enough but if your a memory junkie the you'll need one. A good place to buy xbox 360 accessories at is in best buy or walmart both good places.

you do not need a memory unit. buy games and accessories at a near by gamestop or EB games. i perfer gamestop better but EB games is owned by gamestop. so they r alike. they also sell used games as well as new. trust me take my advice

I had the standard xbox 360 and the 20 gigs was more than enough but I also like to keep the hard drive clean. I had alot of games, profiles, music and such and never had a problem with memory. As for accessories, try the gamestop. Used works.

Umm go with your first instinct i suppose,because if your planning to save alot of memory or download a fair amount of games off of 360 live then i would say yes buy one.If you dont then dont be upset.

yah to save things you will be able to play like 3 games but you need a hard drive for more saving room

You don't need it if you don't plan on taking your saved games on different a different 360. I usally just take mine if I need to.

No., because there is a hard drive inside it. i thought that also. i jsut bought one but it just saves it to my hard drive.
