How does Netflix on xbox 360 work?

Why won't Netflix work on my Xbox 360?

    Same here. Everything else on xbox live is working as normal except for Netflix. Netflix videos are streaming fine on our pc but i cant get past the "determining picture quality..." screen on the 360, no matter what I try to watch. Looked on the xbox live site and apparently they are working to fix the problem but there is no eta for when that will happen.

To the chick who said past 6 years, wut. It's happened before dude. For some reason netflix isn't too friendly with the xbox sometimes. Just give it time.

Thank you for the update. I feel fortunate to have come across this blog, as my "Shack-Up" is starting to convulse from withdrawal. He feels much better knowing the problem was with NET-FLIX and not his inability to connect through the XBox.

I am having the same exact issue. I signed up for the free 30 day trial period 3 days ago and watched about 3 movies with no issues. This just started happening today.

I'm having the same problem, but it's working on everything else in my house like my iPad, phone and pc so I'm hell a pissed

Just called netflix and its only a temperary problem. At most it will take a couple hours to fix. If you are experiencing a problem like this then there is nothing wrong with your account. Just all you netlfix lovers like me are gonna have to be patient for a little bit..
