What kind of job could I get utilizing my bachelor's degree in Marketing and an Associates degree in Vet tech?

An associates in Vet Tech is not going to get you much in terms of a vet-type job. At best you'll be cleaning pens, cleaning surgical equipment, etc. You'll basically be like an animal nurse, making minimum wage. Vet Tech is not a high-paying job at all, I'd stick with you marketing Bachelor's and maybe pick up a minor in animal science if you'd like to work in an agriculture sector.
