No, the seeds you grow will not be rainbow. They wouldn't even be good common papayas. First of all, they will probably be sterile and not grow at all. The ones that do grow will be inconsistent, with low performance and low yield. And I would bet the PRSV resistance will be low. But to be sure, ask the people who developed it at the University of Hawaii.
