How has rice farming changed in the last 50 years?

  Ohhh son. How little you know. Prepare for a journey that will rattle your bones and all the rice particles you have ever ingested. 50 years and fourscore ago, there were the chinamen. They harvested little seeds that they had found in the river (hence rice is grown in water). They were never able to successfully grow rice, however, unless they danced around it thrice in the moonlight in the third month of rice-growing. The rice plants were very rare back then, but they eventually came to be in the hundreds of thousands. Here we approach the 20 years ago mark. In 1992, Martin Luther King traveled to China to encourage the rice growing Chinamen to increase their efforts. This they did. And ever since then they have stopped dancing and simply grown the rice. Rice has an epic story. Rice should be an inspiration to all. Therefore, go and write your report on rice (Isn't that what you needed to do? If not, then WRITE ONE IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.)
