What are some positive and negative impacts on agriculture?

• im doing a project and need positive and negative impacts on agriculture. i tried researching it but i didnt really get anything. please help!!!

  Positive:Spraying of fertilizer on leaves rather on soil as to minimize use of water & minimizing uptake time. 2) Use of certain medicinal plant compost which has minimized pests & insects,thereby bringing down running costs. 3) Use of drip irrigation system which as minimized use of water. 4) Covering the fence of standing crop with colored women sari has stopped the ingress of wild pigs,which consume standing crops. 5) Use of very small amounts of Kerosene disbursed with field water which when sprayed on crops has brought down the incidence of insects - thereby lowering costs. Negative: 1) Use of inorganic fertilizers has wiped off the biodiversity of soil,which used to bring up soil nutrients to top surface. 2) Use of ground water which brings in hardness,makes the top soil hard,increasing its Temperature - which is a hindrance to plant growth. 3) Burning of left over after harvesting produces more CO2 instead of composting it. 4) Too much use of pesticides has brought in the problem of bio accumulation in crops - directly effecting consumers.
